FILL OUT YOUR WAIVER IN ADVANCE

1. Select the Escape Room you will be playing.

2. Select the date you are playing.

3. Select the time slot you are playing.

4. Select "ADULT" if 14 or older. Select "ADULT SIGNING FOR MINOR" for players 13 or younger.

5. If you're on a Phone or Tablet you can sign with your finger. If you are on a computer you can hold left click on your mouse and drag to sign. 

If you have any issues completing the waiver on your own, don't worry! Upon your arrival at Escape Trappe we will provide tablets and assist you in filling out the form!
