What is an escape room?
An Escape Room is a live-action game in which you and your friends complete challenges, decipher messages, find clues, and solve puzzles to escape the room! Each room has a theme and you are required to solve the mysteries!
Are the escape rooms scary?
Our escape room games are NOT scary but will provide ample amounts of adrenaline!
How old do I have to be to play? Are the games suitable for children?
All of our escape games are kid-friendly. Please keep in mind they are challenging since they're designed for adults! We recommend the games for children 10 years and up. Anyone under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 5 play free.
What happens if we can’t solve any of the puzzles?
During your game, you can ask your Clue Master to provide you hints, so don’t panic if you get stuck!
Will other people be in the room with us?
NO! Every escape game booking at Escape Trappe is private to just you and your group.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can reserve an escape room experience online using all major credit cards.
What is your refund policy?
Since we are a live event we do not offer refunds. We are happy to reschedule your experience or give you credit towards a future reservation if you let us know one week in advance.
What are the difficulty levels of your escape rooms?
We do not assign difficulty levels to our escape rooms because each escape room has its own unique challenges. We can recommend the best escape room for you based on your interests.
DO YOU LOCK THE DOOR?
NO! We want our guests to feel comfortable, so the door to exit our escape rooms is never locked. The fun factor at Escape Trappe lies within solving the mystery of each escape room, not physically being locked in it!
